Smokey Robinson

Smokey Robinson is a famous singer, song writer and record producer proud to have co-founded the Motown group "The Miracles". He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of fame and received the prestigious 2016 Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for his lifetime contributions to popular music. Apart from his career in music, Smokey is also proud of his Christian faith: "Well, I am certainly not ashamed at all to tell of my relationship with Jesus Christ. I've known God since I was a child, growing up in the ghetto section of Detroit... I always knew that Jesus was the son of God...I've been speaking at churches for years, as well as juvenile jails, rehabs and hospitals, and I always talk about my faith. That is a declaration of my relationship with God."
